COACHA is our membership database and booking system. 

Appeer have invested in a software system called COACHA, which we are going to use for all our bookings and customer communications. For you COACHA will make bookings easier, more efficient, and allow you to view past, current and future bookings. You will be able to update your details any time, and provide any new information much more quickly and reliably.   Please see below links to help you navigate the system.

Appeer CIC - COACHA New Joiners Application Form

Please click below to fill in the form as fully as possible to register your interest in joining Appeer CIC. This will create an account for you on our system which is called COACHA. We will then be in touch to advise on your application and next steps. No bookings can be made until applications are reviewed by Appeer and admission approved.  Once we have received your COACHA sign up form, we carefully assess how and if we are able to support you effectively. This process can take some time as we want to get it right – this is why we ask so many questions on the form! We often have lots of applications to consider, so please don’t worry if we don’t get back to you immediately. You should hear from us within 2 weeks. We value your application.
